DAY 1: MARRAKECH - OUARZAZATE - ZAGORA DESERT
Activities in Marrakech We will pick you up from your accommodation and begin our tour from Marrakech. Throughout your Morocco trip, you will ride in a comfortable, air-conditioned car. We travel across the Tizi n'Tichka Pass to visit the High Atlas Mountains. At an elevation of 2.260 meters, it is the highest road pass in Morocco. We proceed to the town of Ait Benhaddou, which is home to the famed Unesco Kasbah. This is a well-known location for Hollywood films. You will be given a guided tour of the Kasbah. Following that, we continue our Marrakech private trip to the city of Ouarzazate, where we will see the Atlas movie studio and kasbah. We proceed towards Zagora, passing through a few Berber villages and the Draa Valley, Morocco's biggest valley. In Zagora, we prepare for a camel trip to the desert with professional desert guides. You enjoy watching the sunset over the Zagora desert, and after a delicious Berber meal, we spend the night in a Sahara desert tent.
DAY 2: ZAGORA DESERT - DRAA VALLEY - TIZI-N-TICHA PASS - MARRAKECH
Today we watch the desert sunrise before riding our camels to Zagora. We travel to Ouarzazate via the Draa Valley. We will eat lunch in Ouarzazate before continuing on to Marrakech via the Atlas Mountains. Marrakech Activities will help you discover Morocco (managed by Terra Nomadic Travels).
